I don't see what's wrong lol. I've stomped on people who genuinely want to get better, ask questions, and I give advice, and those people are doing pretty damn good currently.

If PvP is only cut out for the super rich players then GGG is 100% wasting all their time and it will hurt their company for all the time they wasted on any PvP updates.



PvP will be the same 20 people playing against each other. For instance I cannot even PvP without jacking up all my 6link colors to use the block reduction gem, or I have to buy a second 30 exalt 6 link CoD. How is that fair?

It's already been proven that LLD PvP is not for the super rich, unless you consider 10 ex super rich, then you should really play PvE more.

You're talking about HLD now which has a couple hundred ex gear wall, that's just the way it is. It's end-game content and imo it NEEDS to have that gearwall.

and in case you were wondering, the above is a good description of what many LLD matches used to be, long before you and your Exalts showed up.
people dueling with whatever they could muster, from playing a couple acts of content.
"rich" showing up with leveling/twink uniques in that same level range.
Greendude being king, because he planned great PvP builds with zero gear.

I don't care how good of a PvPer he is, if he's whiny enough to rage quit and complain instead of ask for help and grow as a PvPer, then he should leave the community.

I'd take 1 noob who's willing to learn instead of 3 pros who whine about everything and quit when shit gets real.

And stop quoting the "good old days". If old pvp was so nice, why did it fade out? Oh yeah coz people started upgrading their builds, min-maxing as is the nature of ARPGs. You just got left behind.

Because PvP is entirely different from PvE. Why should they be the same? Why should you just be able to take your PvE and put it in PvP and expect it to be 100% the same?

People spend hundreds of exalts perfecting HLD builds, don't think it's so easy to get into PvP.

It's the same deal with other games, PvP is entirely different from PvE, in regards to builds and itemization and such.

If you only have 5 chaos and your first character is in act3 norm, you are NOT a prime candidate for low level dueling. You are a prime candidate to hang out in the sarn arena and mess around with other dude who are just leveling.

You shouldn't expect to be competitive in a competitive level 28 1v1 queue.

I geared a 28 off self found stuff on torment on the side of mostly playing pve, I'm not a trader, I'm not an RMT'er, I built my char off like 2ex and it's doing fine. I'm not OP but I'm having fun. Why should it be no-pve-required to competitive duel for prizes in a pve, gear centric game? If you can't be bothered with crafting gear, or trading for it, or farming it, then you shouldn't be in a position to do well in a competitive queue.

I used to be competitive against other guys at like 1c per gear slot, but the scene evolved, get over it man. You complaining about how hard it is to be competitive isn't going to bring the ceiling down. If you want to have some casual pvp, it's not lvl 28 in the 1v1 queue, it's the sarn arena. Go yell out your complaints and nostalgia there, and find some other dudes in blue gear to casually pvp with.
