In temp leagues everyone is occupated by doing their own things and thats why there is less "fun" pvp you ask.
In std many peoples just log from time to time without any particular aim to achive so they spend time dueling sometimes.
Also you answere to yourself where you can get some fun pvp without any pressure - in std.
Also i could tell you that you can find similar expirience in lld in normal HC just its more rare. But if you dont want any pressure on you just make char now in BL and then join guild pvp oriented or add some friends on HC that got long terms projects running but dont have time for temp leagues. Thats what is most fun in pvp - team events.

You can EASILY bring 3-5 exalt worth of gear LLD chars in top 30 (top 20 even) of the temp league ladder.

Your whole thread is ridiculous, are you seriously crying because you can't compete with BLUE gear?

20-25 ex is to be well geared, to start out and be competitive you need 6-8 max. Plus some lower currency, regals, alts and augments, scourings, alch, chaos. Fusings and jewellers. 4 ex to craft 2 elreon jewellery pieces - you do not need 3 in many cases. 2 more to craft weapon or something else you need. You do not have to craft your weapon actually and may go with an unique like the searing touch or the pillar of the caged god or facebreakers.



Farm cruel mud flats one evening to get some crafting bases or rares for yourself, craft resistance here or hp there



Get some cheap uniques



and you are done.


It won't automatically win you all tournaments but should be pretty enough to be competitive in the ladder and get a few alt arts at least



That's a very modest budget. Elreon crafting made it very accessible. If it is too much currency and work to do for you, you might as well just quit this forever and enjoy pve in any way you want.
