Is there a reason beyond Golems dying that we stack Ele Ailment avoidance on gear?

" Saves you from getting 'cannot be frozen', 'cannot be shocked' and 'cannot be ignited' from other sources. |

Hello,
First of All thank you for the update !!! Got a few questions: 1) Doesnt Overload node make you never crit? So we basically taking it, getting crit chance, to get stable 40% damage boost. But can I ask when do we actually think of switching to crits? How high multi should we have 200-400 ? 2) Also I noticed some people suggesting doing an ignite arc, with around 1.2m hit and 3.6m ignite damage without any proper gear just staff with some damage and crit + one clusters, but zero other gear. which seems interesting, any tips on that? |

No idea on the second one, but Ele Overload doesn't keep you from critting. It makes multi useless. It makes it so that crit gives you a 40% damage buff. So more crit means higher uptime on the buff.

" 1) looking at the trees we get rif of overload between lvl 70 and 80 when we get doomcast and annihilation for a 50% crit strike multiplier |
|
May I ask why arnt we using Wrath as one of our auras.--
|
|
" Wrath just adds alot of flat lightning dmg and increased lightning but thats not needed I guess. After all we are scaling both lightning and cold in a certain way to proc trinity and wrath might ruin that. Just my speculation. |
|
" sorry that what I meant to say, that crit is basically not working, no extra damage=no crit what I mean. So overlord is basically as someone mentioned till lvl 70-80 when we get some more multi, hmmm |

Since this build uses Orb of Storm for increased single target. According to some, having the duration stripped and relying on the stacks sounds like a nerf with high cast speed. What is you guys take on that?
