I feel like mostly very rich players with very, very good gear were nerfed and the average player - like me - were mutilated....

Wish I didn't agree with this ^

You know, had a bad feeling about this patch ever since I saw the passive tree. People were preaching patience; "who knows, there will probably be buffs to things like armor and block chance on shields." This patch is like having your worst nightmare come true. I'll be keeping an eye on the game in the future, maybe there will be new buffs soon. But until then I will be playing and spending money on other games.
I was generally in love with the game, until this patch, and trust me, I've been playing for a while, heck I even went out of my way to support GGG, I feel cheated with this update, yes, I know, it's a free game, I'm not entitled to anything, I think I'm entitled to an opinion, and my opinion is that this patch is an antithesis to every patch that was done before, it adds little to no fun and removes a whole bunch of it.
I am disapointed GGG, and so is all the cash I sent your way.
Why are most of you crying when something hasn't even been released yet? It's no secret that a lot of things were over powered, and that balancing things is a MUCH better solution overall then the solution that Blizzard gives its players...(Let's just give everything more HP's and bigger numbers)

This game was never meant to be a basic cookie cutter where everyone can just run through and crush everything in their path, and so many builds, items and gems allowed that. They are just balancing it out. Everyone is not supposed to be level 100, everyone is not supposed to one-hit everything in the game either.

Give it a chance and embrace the fact that we are being given a great game to play that actually offers some challenge, thinking, updates, and not pay to win for a change.

Just my 2 cents.

Overall I think this is a good patch, however not being specific on how much SRS was nerfed really grinds my gears.

Almost seems ignorant to me, the way they list that nerf without any specific details.

GGG you might be fucking up a little too much this patch...

This is not a content patch in the slightest, just all nerfs.....

Except for bow skills...................
I like it
srs down, witch busted

No, because they got legacied.

Existing items were changed. " The modifier that makes leech apply instantly on critical strikes now has it apply instantly at 60% effectiveness. Existing versions of this item are affected by this change." Because the mechanic itself was changed not the item, it did not get legacied.

LOL?
Not mechanic just values from 100% to 60%
Aaron Ciccheli, a guy who made millions running Diablo and PoE RMT sites, owns a significant portion of GGG. How's that for a conflict of interest? 7.5% of your supporter pack money goes to this guy.
after reading all comments prior to this, I guess i'll just go
to the beach on saturday and catch snails.

I guess the patch that released the masters raised the expectations of users. Comparing
the last league to the current one, the torment/bloodlines seems underwhelming content
wise.

So Tornado Shot, which is completely op, hasn't been nerfed, but Dual Strike which is not, was. Completely loco.

Tornado shot, I've never used it but looking at it with low if not the lowest damage scaling among bow skills(correct me if I'm wrong). But yes maybe they could nerf damage from the arrow that scatter after the initial hit.
