The amount of cry before even trying it out is staggering... yearh nerfs all over but come on..
New epic builds will emerge and we will copy them and feel OP as allways.

If you just wanna melt everything without really having to think or press more than 1 button there is a great game out there called D3.. you get OP as shit within 2-3 hours.

I for one switched because i thought i wanted to be OP but found out that the road getting there is what is really fun.. so yearh D3 lasted a couple of weeks for me and with these nerfs hopefully PoE will continue to last for a loooong time:)

So, what's the feeling when you see half of your worthy items became shit and cannot sell for over 5 STANDARD exalt each? And for those epic build I will have to sit on my chair again and keep mining for like 200-300 hours again to actually get enough currency to build a new one.

And what is the point to make Cyclone slower really? Why nerf bleeding mod? It's already shit there.

This entire patch is nerfs.

How about buffing dogshit skills?

GGG Paraphrased quote "But gaiz we need to nerf everything into oblivion so every possible combination in the game is equally complete and utter shit. Then we will buff everything to the proper levels. We have only been saying this for two years. We promise we'll do it though. Hey - Gaiz? Gaiz? Where did everyone go?"

As far as I understand, and Mark confirmed, only Acuity is getting existing versions changed.

That means all your CoD's, Lit Coils, etc. just skyrocketed in value because they'll go legacy. Only new versions that drop will have the "nerfs."

Hybrid weapon mods have been removed from Vagan and Tora's crafting options. Crafted items that already have these mods will not be affected. Their economic impact was severe.

I hope you find a way to exclude those existing weapons from the PVP Tournaments/Races. I've done some Level 28 PVP, and my Opponents with those weapons just destroy everything wihin a second. I don't think that it makes sense to try to balance PVP when such GG weapons are out there.

There are some mistakes in the following text area. The word additional is missing.

Unique Item Balance:
-Crest of Perandus: Chance to block has been reduced from 10% to 5%.

It should be

"
-Crest of Perandus: Additional Chance to block has been reduced from 10% to 5%.

Herald of Ice and Herald of Thunder have been changed from Spell to Cast active skill types to indicate that they deal secondary damage and not spell damage.

What does this mean ?

Sometimes theres confusion with the Heralds

This clarifies that Heralds are not affected by "Spell" damage modifiers from the skill tree or gear
Disappointing GGG, really Disappointing. Nothing interesting or new added to the existing stuff we have.

Not even really hyped anymore.
Yey this game gonna be more challenging again like invasion or beyond was at the beginning! Nice!
Some of my feelings -

- The Acrobatics change is a disaster. Moreover it makes Rearguard a ridiculous unique
- The widespread block recovery nodes are near useless given player can achieve ~40-50% maximum block in this patch
- Duelist start is worse than Ranger start
- No buff to Storm Shield with such low block chance...
- Puncture is changed into a weird skill...basically counters the mechanism of itself
Two-handed - Mop
Dual Wield - Slippers
One-handed & Shield (close combat) - Brush & Basin
One-handed & Shield (ranged) - Hair Dryer & Mirror
Main-hand & Off-hand (evil witch) - Sponge & Soap
At least GGG has success one of the accomplishment:

This patch notes comments has surpassed that of the 1.2, within a few hours of posting! :)
