1.3.0 Patch Notes

The amount of cry before even trying it out is staggering... yearh nerfs all over but come on..
New epic builds will emerge and we will copy them and feel OP as allways.

If you just wanna melt everything without really having to think or press more than 1 button there is a great game out there called D3.. you get OP as shit within 2-3 hours.

I for one switched because i thought i wanted to be OP but found out that the road getting there is what is really fun.. so yearh D3 lasted a couple of weeks for me and with these nerfs hopefully PoE will continue to last for a loooong time:)

+1 on much needed changes, abit of a shame we couldn't of seen a few of the weak skills buffed though.

Also would of liked to see some changes to tornado shot and prolif builds in general. Bow builds are looking very very strong!

So Tornado Shot, which is completely op, hasn't been nerfed, but Dual Strike which is not, was. Completely loco.

They are not better than vaal pact at 60% as you still need to crit for the effect to take place. They are just different. If they had made them 40% they would have been pretty lackluster but at 60% I'd say it's a reasonable change.

Although I'd say they need a slight buff in drop rate once they are nerfed as the effort doesn't really meet the reward.

Also, can someone point me to A SINGLE buff in those pathc notes?

99,99% block/melee HC builds are dead. Hybrid Life/ES spellcaster are alive again....

For the first time since I started playing I'm not all that happy with the patch. I don't really see anything that I'm excited about. I guess the pvp stuff is cool but it mainly just looks like a massive melee nerf. I always ask if maybe we can see some chaos spells but I guess I'm the only one who cares about that so it does not matter that much since I mention it every patch just about. I still love you guys and all that you do, but wtf where is the fun in this patch?
