1.2 Bow Buffs: Skills, Bows, Passives (and Cleave)
Thanks, that's exactly what i wanted to see. At some point DW cleave just had a 60% or smtg penalty for total damage, damage from gear was applied without penalties, so 1 iron ring would straight up add at least 1-4 phys to both hands. Then this happened:
The dual wielding penalty for Cleave is now multiplicative and includes elemental damage. Until this change is reverted, cleave is dead. RIP cleave dreams :'( http://www.twitch.tv/comewithus

According to general discussion, Flameblast was nerfed ~15% at all levels. Yesterday i was watching Havoc and Dom play @ TW, and Dom hit cruel Fairgaves for ~70% of his hp with 10 stack flameblast (1 player health).

Idk man. Wouldn't really base a race environment upon watching couple streamers rip on high player hp with 300+ ping unable to dodge anything. If you have an ipd wep and 1 cold res ring you can prob just yolo down merveil while sitting on top of a portal.

Shadow op, I had no trouble with mervil just fire trapping and stormcalling. I still think muleing ice nova will be the way to go just because its easier to aim but I think you can get away with not muleing it.

Looks like cleave got its reduced damage effectiveness removed. | |
On the previous page Tag tested cleave and you can see that 1 iron ring gave him 1-3 phys dmg instead of 1-4. 1-4 * 0,65 = 1-3 , so the penalty is still there, thats not how the old cleave worked.
