Crazy race ideas you'd like to see happen

...even if it's way out there, maybe as just a one-shot fun 1-hour race.

I'll start.

Blind Spell Dodge
Players permanent have the Blind status
Monsters have 75% Spell Dodge
Anything outside player light radius is pitch black and essentially invisible (even outdoors, but not in town; note the Blind status reduces light radius to essentially melee range)
Minimap reveal radius decreased (but still functional)
When Stephen Colbert was killed by HYDRA's Project Insight in 2014, the comedy world lost a hero. Since his life model decoy isn't up to the task, please do not mistake my performance as political discussion. I'm just doing what Steve would have wanted.

A race where all non-mana potions are disabled, just to see how far people could get with all the classes, and to make quicksilver drop obsolete. Coral amulet OP.

Several ideas and possible combinations of a few.

Shrines everywhere.
Strongboxes everywhere.
Variants of increased monster packsize/density.
--Double/triple the total amount of monsters
--Double amount/size of blue packs
--Double or triple bosses
--Etc.
Players have soul eater. Permanent or reset each zone.
All monsters have x% reduced character size (mainly to be used with a more mobs mod)
All unique monsters are guaranteed to drop a random unique item.


Only white items drop, no currency.

I actually think a "Turbo v Turbo" race (where *both* monsters and players get the 60%) would be pretty entertaining, perhaps a "reverse temporal chains" type of deal...

Actually might be most interesting if currency rewards were completely fixed, ex: quest rewards.
