Hey guys,
Currently leveling a new toon on Bestiarty to give a try to this build. I can't decide between Darkrays and Voidwalker (it will be corrupted to get +1 Frenzy). Can you help me ? Which boots seems to be to best overall choice ? Edit : Chinnaaah > According to PoB, it seems that crit multi is better fir this build. However, it depend of your crit chances too. " Hi bud, thanks for checking out the guide. Wake of Destruction is the highest DPS boot and it can be used from early levels all the way to end game. Darkrays has less DPS than Wake of Destruction but more defense with getting some more attack dodge and some light res, then comes Voidwalker wtih less DPS but with more utility due to giving very high pierce and a nice mod for "20% avoidance vs. projectiles". This avoidance is separate from ev and dodge, and works vs. attacks and spell projectiles. Since I play range most damage I take is from projectiles - mostly spells are going to give an EV build the most trouble so Voidwalker is great for this. If you have Avatar of Veil + pop Vaal Grace + Voidwalker + Thraxia - that's very good defense vs. spells. As kan pointed out you can use a high damage boot like Darkrays / Wake of Destruction and then get an enchant on your helm for LS pierce instead of the LS damage helm enchant. In terms of corruption/enchant: in general the "+1 to 160 lightning damage if you have not killed recently" gives the highest DPS, but is conditional ofc on not having killed recently. Then next is the pen enchant i.e. "penetrates 10% ele res if you have not killed recently" - but again this is also conditional; then the +1 frenzy charge corrupt is the next best and will give consistent dps without needing "not killed" recently condition. | |

I saw Watcher's Eye with XX% increased lightning damage while affected by wrath on poe.trade. I don't know if it's better than the lightning pen version of this unique jewel. " Pen is better. You can craft a rare jewel in PoB with % lightning damage and then hit edit and manually change the number to 50% to see what the differences are. | |

Would Inpulsa chest be a good idea for this build? Got lucky with a 6L, so I can either use that or buy/trade for a decent EV 6L like guide says, help pls.

had my first encounter with Minotaur ... It was painful long . its the first time since i started ls on champion that my dps was utter shit, ive killed every thing else upto that point without this much pain.
I thought there was some mechanic i was missing to lower his defenses , but nooo after looking at your video i realised it just needs moar deeps -_-" . Domine Non Es Dignus
