Hello i am currently trying out this build, and having alot of fun i just started mapping and i am wondering about the Avatar of the Chase choice.
Im curious what i should upgrade next for gear.
How much life do you roll on and i feel like i cant run through the map because i get out of mana with whirling blades
-Basically i am curious about my next steps ! :)

Thanks in advance, and cool build i hope i can get it work !

Hi bud, yes I go with Avatar of Chase for the EV and dps boosts for Onslaught.

If you want more spell defense instead go Avatar of Veil (spell dodge, ele status immunity).

If you want to be very defensive, go Avatar of Veil + Avatar of Chase (i.e. drop Slaughter path).

Nice gear mate. I would upgrade your rings next - try to get some with more flat lightning and % ele damage.

I roll with about 4.7k life. You shouldn't have a problem with spamming whirling blades bud - how much unreserved mana do you have? I have about 150 unreserved mana.

i am running your build in HC and i am enjoying it very much so far (lvl 60 atm)

still cant decide between dagger and claw and havent specced for either one yet

would anyone recommend any changes to this build for HC? i guess soul raker or vitality void dont make sense? what about the circle at void barrier?
what about using enfeeble?

Hi bud, thanks for checking out the build. Dagger vs. claw depends on what kind of weapon you have access too. I found dagger to give better DPS (particularly from crit multiplier), but if you prefer claws then you can use those too.

For Hardcore, consider adding Fortify, dropping some of the damage nodes for more life, use Tombfist instead of Thunderfists, add a defensive curse like Temp Chains or Enfeeble to the CWDT instead of Projectile Weakness, also consider dropping Avatar of Slaughter and going Avatar of Chase + Avatar of Veil. Regarding the leech nodes - you should be using the Vaal Pact tree because it has more life and Vitality Void would be good since it increases your max leech rate (please read notes I posted at front regarding leech). Hope this helps. Also, someone else also dropped HOT for Arctic Armor for more defense when they are stationary attacking.

I have been running this build with a claw over a dagger. I swapped over because after tinkering around in PoB I found that the claw nodes around the main build area, and with the new abyss jewels, seem to put out better dps for me than a dagger. Has anyone else considered running claws? Or am I missing something profound?

You can run claws if you'd like bud, I found dagger gave me most DPS, but again depends on what kind of weapon you can find: if you can find a very nice claw but can't get a good dagger then you should be speccing claws.

This build really needs crit multiplier to get to high DPS and dagger is the best for that.
Greetings to the author and all readers! Immediately I will warn that I'm writing through a Google translator, since I do not speak very much English and I apologize for repeating the questions already asked.
Build really liked, fun, fast, all the way I like. But there are small problems with survival, now I have 4.7k hp, this is the norm for this assembly, how do I understand it? In the end, we are tied to a certain number of unique items.
And instead of a breastplate for evasion, I use Inpulsa's Broken Hearth and hence Innervate in the main bunch of stones. I understand that I'm losing a lot of damage due to lack of Damage on Full Life, but I spend more time cleaning maps than killing bosses.
And now I have the main question, where do I grow and on which parts of the equipment should I focus? What to change and what to clean? Maybe Inpulsa's Broken Hearth is superfluous and I lose some survivability in the form of evasion and a lot of damage. Or any other comments? I would be happy with any comments and corrections)

Here is my current outfit:

little amendment: in the hat is Enchance because I can not paint in 3b1r color. And some gems I still lvling after fail corrupt)

What do you consider to be a good level of Crit Multi? I am currently at 382% with my claw setup and a 48.28% Crit non-flasked and 5.4k HP with my belly on. In a dagger setup, what level of Crit and crit multi are you reaching?

Thanks alot for your reply ! Good to hear that i am doing well on gear :) Will grind for some better opal rings =D
I have 126 unreserved mana at the moment it is kinda okay i guess but i come from a nonstop leaping build lol.
I think it's a little bit harder to get fitting rings now to max out my resistances :S
At the moment i am lvl 83 and have 3,7k life have the upper life nodes left

Nice bud thanks for posting. If you want more HP you need to get more flat life (e.g. using Abyss jewels), upgrading your chest to one wiht more life or using Belly of the Beast. We will also be upgrading Thunderfist Murder Mitts to Tombfist which will increase your DPS and also increase your life.

Also try using Atziri's Promise instead of Vessel of Vinktar - as it is easier to sustain charges.

If you are having survivability issues more with spells (instead of attacks) - try speccing Avatar of Veil instead of Avatar of Chase.

Another option is to run things like Fortify on your whirling blades and maybe use a Basalt flask.

Vaal Pact tree is also more defensive than regular tree and has more life.

A good level of crit multi is - as high as you can get xD. Crit multiplier is really good which is why GGG keeps nerfing it. I am at 450% crit multiplier because of dagger nodes and also because I have crit multiplier on jewels, and for my new abyss jewels I will try to get some with good crit multiplier to add to Tombfist (in addition to flat light)

Ah, ok. 3.7k HP is quite low bud - are you putting life on your jewels as well?

Im using Atziri's mirror until i can afford Lycosidae, and hopefully get a better Ambusher.
