Don`t get me wrong, i`d rather wait and receive polished product but this whole situation was handled pathetic from communication perspective. Sad to say but we literally got lied and blindsided multiple times. Please take a look how slay the spire 2 handles early access communication. Lot to learn.

Glad i took the first 2 weeks off in may to get cucked by a Late may release and not a Early may release

I was expecting that would be start 7th may or delayed to max 14th of may but 29th ? Seriously ? i don't even comment this one ..

i just feel sad - why would you promise 4 months cycle and then do this?

I'm uninstalling for the time being. Path of Exile 2 needs a lot of time to become good, and with the current rate of patches, Path of Exile 2 will be like this for years.

0.4 released on December 12, and 0.5 comes out May 29th, I just can't. Don't even care what it has, too long of an update cycle. These updates are so small, that they should be 2 months max.

The issue isn’t exactly the timing of the decision it’s the lack of communication until the very last moment.

The schedule also feels a bit off. A livestream on the 7th and the league only starting on the 29th creates a long gap where hype naturally fades.

From a player perspective, it’s hard to understand why the livestream couldn’t be closer to launch, like around the 21st. It wouldn’t change the league start date, but it would keep momentum and interest stronger instead of stretching everything over almost three weeks.

Overall, it just feels like a lot of anticipation followed by a long wait, which can end up draining the hype.

They really don’t know how to manage scope.

Super Disappointed with the length in between leagues.

Also disappointed because coincidentally this is the worst time of the year for a release of anything I want to play.
