Xbox - crazy long load screens!

Day 5, still experiencing 5+ minute loading screens. Console as always treated like the red headed step child, not even a mention of this on known issues.

Same. There was another small window late last night where loading times felt great. About 4AM UTC. For 30 minutes, every zone loaded within 2-5 seconds. Then all of a sudden back to 2+ mins for almost every zone.

It feels like a server issue. Like it's failing to deliver very specific data for loading zones and textures. Actual combat is perfectly fine with zero lag or framerate issues.

But why is it only affecting a small subset of players? If it is a server issue, it should be affecting everyone equally. Unless they have some sort of load balancing infrastructure, and we're the unlucky ones being directed to a problematic node.

All of the problems started with the 1st hotfix for me. Played launch with zero issues and after patch it’s been unplayable.

Wtf is going on and why is this not being prioritized.
I have 1gb down and up. Series x. 0 ISSUES ON ANY OTHER GAME.

Very disappointing -- if there was a bug like this affecting a % of the PC player base this would be immediately to the front line of fixes

Honestly very disappointed with ggg.

I get console is a much smaller player base but if you have 20 people posting about an issue I promise this is affecting minimum 1k players.

Ever since the hotfix Saturday my load times have been so terrible.
I've tried uninstalling, resetting my router, opening ports, clearing my cashe.

I've tried every youtube tip to speed up the connection. My nat type is open. Upnp port is open. At this point I'm not sure what else to do. With 0 comment from a ggg employee to say they are working on this. I've spent over 1k on this game. I buy a pack EVERY league I play not just for myself but also my girlfriend who also plays the game.

The fact we get 0 support when we have such a game breaking but is actually depressing. This is my favorite game. Something my partner and I spend hours on each league.

We even discussed getting a div card created for our wedding. Now I see there's no point unless I switch to pc. Console will never get anytype of support and that's embarrassing. As a software developer myself I find it hard to justify ignoring an entire community that could get more players and bring in more money. Yet when I bring friends to this game who would happily spend 200 on the game they get turned off by shit like this showing console is just a cash grab and not something they care about to support.



Guess I'll avoid buying any more packs until we get some love and unfortunately uninstall until this bug gets fixed. I only get a few hours to play each day. I can't be spending that time staring at a fucking load screen that for leagues has taken less than 5 seconds.

Imagine we are trying to grow back the playerbase to this game -- someone just installed for league or coming from poe2 or just intrigued seeing it on social media etc and they have this bug -- you think they are going to stay around and wait for a fix?

0 support for a game makes me question why bother -- maybe the console team is overwhelmed and needs help? totally understand that but at least communicate. I would say that's the minimum and they are falling way short

I am on xbox series x and I am having issues since Saturday 3/7/26 afternoon with long loading screens. this happens whether I warp to a friend, port to my hideout or try the new mechanic and try to port into mirage. I have tried on different characters. I have uninstalled, cleared cache and files. Reinstalled numerous times. I have done hard resets to my console but nothing fixes my issue. I can play other games without issues that are online. I could play poe 1 on my pc without these issues.

These loading screen can take upwards of 5 minutes or more. Sometimes I just quit the game altogether. It's only poe 1 that I am having issues with.

Again I have tried all troubleshooting steps. Any help would be welcomed. Thank you.

What's everyone's status on this now?

As of 3/10 at around 10PM UTC, all the load times have been quick and no invisible effects. I didn't do anything, and there were no hotfixes. The problem just went away for me.

My theory is that it was an internal server/networking issue unrelated to the game client or server code. They don't usually inform us of those unless it's widespread.
