Xbox - crazy long load screens!

Series X, game is now almost unplayable… literally forever load screens.

Update - I can only do one map, zero mirage encouters and close game to log in to do another map

Currently I use Australia Server other less popular server works to, last location act 2, and hideout is battle scarrded hideout, no MTX.

Horrible experience, but I can complete maps without crazy load screens. No mirage encounters with this cause it gives me infinite load.

note - the game was super smooth for US servers when I tried at 7:00 AM BTW.

Update 2 - tried celestial hideout, long load screens, then back to battle-scarred hideout zero load time. Also notice not all assets are loading up. Such as league mechanic and floors are pixelated and missing tiles.

ISP is Att fiber - for one hour or so everything was fixed and then the infinite load is now back.

Update 3 - seem like server side I load instantly. I tested this by joining a friends map, and had them kill the boss ( while I was stuck in the loading screen) I closed the client, server hopped till I was able to get back in and confirmed I got credit.

The issues seems to be the assets not loading, such as mirage etc. but audio wise I can hear everything happen like item drops and my friends skills while still stuck in loading.

Seconding this - multiple people I play with literally can’t finish the acts because the loading screens stay up 5+ minutes until you exit game. Resetting the game or changing servers doesn’t seem to make a difference either.

Yup, currently stuck on loading into a mirage. 4 minutes and counting, this is somehow managing to be worse than Delirium league on an Xbox 360, at the very least I could load in and play my PowerPoint presentation on 5 FPS.

I’m experiencing this as well on PS5. It’s been happening for the last 12 hours or so. Loading times 2+ minutes but the zones eventually load. Performance is generally fine once loading completes. No lag, just insanely long load times. Sometimes invisible assets too

Update - When I tried in the early morning hours it was fine an fast. But now in the afternoon literally takes 5+ to load a map. Is it tied to hideout?

Mine is Celestial Hideout and I disabled all my MTX as well.

I’ve tried removing all MTX and it didn’t make a difference for load times. I can hear myself load into a zone but the screen doesn’t change at all. The worst cases are trying to load into a mirage, basically guarantees I have to dashboard or else I’m stuck on loading screen until DC.

I don't think it's tied to hideout. I tried mapping from Karui Shores map device, and it still takes a few minutes to load into the map. Exiting from the map back to Shores/Hideout takes even longer and oftentimes doesn't finish in 5+ minutes, requiring a force close.

Game is effectively unplayable right now. Nothing changed on my end. It just started happening when I logged on last night.

Kinda made it better… I can log in and do one map. Then I have to close game and repeat.

I’m just hoping someone adds this to the Known Issues? PS5 is listed for loading problems but Xbox has no mention.
