Breach going core is a bad idea!

If GGG makes ailith encounters turn on via atlas passives only it's fine with genesis tree nerf and map quant buff(equal pre 3.27 was exactly balanced as it must be imo). Hope their mind get well after 3.27 mistakes.

It's a bit early to say.
From what I've read, the Alilith defense event will be disabled and only the hive and unstable breach will remain, yes? If so, walls don't make sense. They might add just the hive entrance or the breach hand without any walls.
[...]

The Breach Hive (that remains, and will appear from act 6 onwards) is the most common defence event with the burnable walls.

Did you confuse it with Hive Fortress ? (Which will be somehow accessible in the Atlas, I guess ?)

100%. I thought the breach hive was the hive colony. Wishful thinking got the best of me.
Thanks for the correction.
Tree will obviously get nerfed when it goes core, same as every other OP mechanic. As for breach 2.0 being shitty... yea well, that just seems to be the general direction of the game.

You'll miss it when it's gone
Don’t block Breach, invest in Breach.

I have an odd suspicion that the Breach atlas nodes are going to be overturned or create an odd synergy with another league mechanic.

Exploit early, exploit often….this is the way.

Alright. Hit us with your theory. You know you want to ;P
Phrazz why are you viewing expedition as an autoblock? I can't see how an ore spawn really interferes with anything but maybe i'm missing that it blocks natural mobs or something

Expedition is not ore. Expedition is somewhat useful early on to craft some gear with help of rog - at least used to be. But later it is weak mechanic with pretty much no meaningful rewards and takes time to complete. Some like it, most avoid it. Also it blocks place on map which means less natural mobs.

Ore mechanic is kalguur. In expedition you are placing explosives.

Expedition used to be goated and non optional for SSF but something like the gen tree or divs from shipments(even well rolled items from shipments) make it almost completely obsolete. On top of that it looks like they nerfed Tujen at some point, because i remember buying a lot of stacked decks from Tujen and i don't think the NPC offers that many any longer.

maybe it is still worth it to put it in your map if you so desire because you can one click clear the encoutner very fast with a chaos damage build or whatever to then sell some logbooks, but i doubt it, probably not worth it compared to other stuff...
