CDR Map-Mod is much more Build briking than manny other excluded mods together, GGG forget about it but it is ok, accept or cry silent! you all can be happy, they block so manny fuccking manny of them. login!

To be fair, I play both. My build that I played in keepers can play all but 4 mods and they are all on the blocked list:
- less block
- less recovery (life mana es)
- no regan
- ailment avoid

and it is a build that takes a lot of damage in fact, since it is an eviscerate build I need monsters to hit me, and I played that with -35% to all max once in a t17, while there are also a lot of players out there that play builds that would die regardles of what hits them, they also don't care about max resist.

In Hardcore I would avoid -to all resistances.

Also do we know if that even applies to maps? Or just areas from the akts? If it is the second, it will even matter less, 9 out of 10 chars I level don't get the gear to cap resis anyway.
