T17s are utter stupidity. Numbers game. Which mods can this build do.... its not skill based it isnt fun. You cant gate the bosses behind this trash. No one wants to spend 1 hour checking map modifiers nobody. This was already a problem and has reached utter stupidity with t17s.

Poe is a great game but sometimes I wonder. Are you running a Arpg? Or a casino?

So basically, this is exactly what we’ve been doing ever since maps were introduced years ago. Nothing new here.

They need to DISABLE scarabs on t16".5" and t17. Don't allow them to be fully functional with scarabs at all. It's baffling how they allowed this circus of t17 and now 16.5 to even be a thing.

Honestly....the laziness is outstanding.

Anyone who has ever SEEN a t17, let alone played them at all, knows what mods can roll. If they don't, they can easily look them up. It is a finite, unchanging, value. Long before you ever get to t17s, you should know which mods you need to build for and which you simply cannot accomplish. Then, when you roll your map you type the no-go map into the search bar so you don't even have to think about it.

If you are spending hours looking for map mods then you are not utilizing the tools available to you, i.e regex to filter map mods.

It will only take you a few mins to roll a stash tab, depending on your criteria ofc.

There is definitly some lazy design in T17s such as Players and their Minions deal no damage for 3 out of every 10 seconds which sounds more like design team that ran out of ideas.
1. GGG has already nerfed T17 mods further than they should have, making the majority of them ignorable.

3. Solving for mods on your build is just another option for build challenges. Its not mandatory, you dont have to be able to run all of them. You dont even lose out on much, just a use a stricter regex.

You also seem to be running a CI deadeye, with very bad gear.

Stop trying to play content that is above your current character power, and you'll be alot less frustrated.

Why delete one of the things you scale up for?

I have played tons of different builds some have alot of mods they can't do. I see it as a good thing. The whole point of an arpg is to get stronger to get better loot. I think some mods could be reworked slightly but overall t17s are not that bad. And if you take an hour looking at map mods thats on you. It takes me maybe 10-15minutes to set up 5-10 t17s to run. This is no different than reflect on normal maps...
