All these items seem really bad. The hh foulborn is cool for some niche stuff, but why not add a foul mageblood instead of another hh mod.

If you make a new league just for the sake of letting players to beta test a mechanic that obviously made for PoE2 content, maybe consider halting the 4-month cycle again, the lack of new content for a PoE1 new league just show that you don't have enough manpower to maintain the cycle.
Besides, You know Blight and Heist are "love it or hate it" machanics, and yet you still put those elements into the Breach 2.0 that really make me scratch my head. Is that because you cannot put the whole Blight and Heist into PoE2? So you just make the mini version of those machanic and merge them into Breach 2.0 for PoE2. |
