well dont forget you have 1.2 meter explosions there is hope to make damage i am sure there is a bossmob in the new breach that is 20m and all hits nuke him instantly
Its a shame guys... We are hyped about wands, now we get another bad wand skill?
Kinetic rain was the only thing i was excited about this patch. You guys revealed it, it looked sick, then you nerfed it five different ways because one guy played it and killed merveil fast? This is the most deflating thing you guys have done in ages and it genuinely makes me not even want to play the league.
did you at least make the explosions from kinetic rain not useless? What we saw from the showcase they literally won't work on totem bosses.

why 25% dmg effec and 100% attack speed on kinetic rain?
you should've went for 1%, 50% ats and 3 projs


why you design skills with the most useless and unfun mechanics in the game?
delayed damage with the NEED of reduced duration?

well maybe we can use kinetic rain in the next wand balance in 10 years from now.
