Just revert Hexblast (remove cooldown uses!), please GGG, you gotta do it, kings. Hexblast didn't deserve to be massacred :(, yes it was good at everything, but think about it... just revert it (I beg you)

Seriously? Again? Why do you even add all these cool gems if every single time they get nerfed like this… it’s completely pointless. Just delete Kinetic Rain - this gem is dead.
