Does Windburst trigger on the first hit of an eligible attack after travelling 10 meters
or does it trigger on all hits of the attack instance that follows the 10 meter travelled stipulation? |

How long do you have to stand in the Thunderstorm in order to charge it up to max stages? Is there a way to scale this to make it feel smooth?
Hoping to get more information on how Thunderstorm scaling works and if it will be clunky or not. |

" You can actually calculate this from the gem info. It takes 1 second to "fully charge". Unfortunately, the way it is worded means there are no ways to scale it to charge faster. If you're a Fubgun style blaster, this skill is meaningless to you. If you are a more casual type and just want to have fun, it might be fun. |
