What is the prerequisite for Delirirum Ascendancy? Completing a full Delirirum? Killing Kosis and/or Onmiphobia?

Will grasping mails still ve obtainable in 3.27?

couple of questions regarding windstorm support:

1) If the windstorm is supporting Blink arrow - considering blink arrow first shoot an arrow and then teleport - will this work to immediately trigger the windstorm?
2) the text says that it triggers windstorm on hit - what does it need to hit - an enemy or can it trigger from a hit on the ground?
3) Can the projectiles created by the windstorm support shotgun?
4) what scales the projectiles - projectile damage, AOE or both?
5) does increased AOE scale the size of the projectiles when they are traveling and piercing?
6) if the main skill is supported byt mirage archer will the mirage archer shots trigger the windstorm?

will grafts be affected by my auras?

Can we get a clarification similar to breach uniques but for Grasping Mail?
Will old breach rings be obtainable in order to craft it? or will be boss drop?
Or will be from the tree craft?
