Not sure if related but I put a T15 map with several mods into a map node with several tablet mods, and no portals appeared. The map node said "map in progress". I tried to relog and it said "map attempted" and all tablet mods are removed from the map. I never even got a portal to enter and no attempt was ever made. Map gone and node ruined.

Same issue with Derelict Mansion, please fix asap.

General-case maps being inaccessible was already fixed in 0.3.0b.
