2 weeks into the league, 9/10 of my Derelict Mansions or Sealed vaults have this issue. I don't even bother anymore to setup those maps or complete objectives, cuz I know it will be bugged.
Any updates, @GGG? You released a new feature with the patch which just doesn't work at all. PoE nowadays looks more and more like a fan-made fork server with tons of custom weird experimental stuff rather than original game with carefully thought out balance brough live to players. I also just encountered this bug after following the little dots. Map is inaccesible on Derelict Mansion.
