Same problem.

Happening to many of my maps as well. Clearing other nodes around the non-activating nodes doesn't help. I thought it might be a pathing bug (like a different map nearby is really the one connected) but instead it seems like certain nodes will never be able to open regardless of what is completed nearby.

TTT with this bug, same issue. I cannot access a map that required me to do a bunch of maps around it to active the stones.

Found a Derelict Mansion special boss map. Cleared nearby maps with waystones to unlock it. The map is now available, and i can put a waystone into it - but when i try to start it, it says "Activation Failed. Map is not accessible".

GGG, please at least acknowledge this issue

Same issue. Happened to multiple nodes including a corrupted nexus. Done playing due to this bug

Also cant map cuz of this. A lot of nodes just not being able to be run
