This is not the only damage bug I've come accross this league, but having spent 20 divs on it to see it not working is a real bummer. It's very widely used and has a big impact on the game.

bump. The Rakiata is more than 20 divs, they need to fix this.
Imagine saving for this, give all of your divs and actually the results are worst. | |

I also think this is bugged, hard to tell if it's working for me or not but it seems to be a dps loss, I'm not talking about tooltip dps but overall feeling during a map.

Doing exactly the same damage to uber arbiter with 5 link or with rakiatas which should give you 8 times more damage changing the 75% res to -75% res. its 100% bugged
