Rakiata flow doesn’t work

Rakiata flow doesn’t work, I tested it on different bosses and the damage doesn’t increase. I checked it on another character, same thing – 0 noticeable changes.(epedytion boss t1/t2)

also tested it on 3 different lightning skills, no difference

big L for me, having spent 5 divine for one

I used it with a Doriyani's Prototype where is should have been -75% lightning res to ALL mobs and instead I ended up buffing the mobs. :S

Can't say about other interactions but it definitely wasn't working at all with the lightning spells I tested it on..Spark/Arc

Same for me. It's definitely a bug, cause it literally make no difference. I tried going map with rakiata, and same map without it. I tried boss with it, and without no difference. If GGG states it's gamechanger than idk

+1 This was advertized as a chase item. Would like to see some sort of acknowledgement.

Definitely it's a bug. Tried it with grenades and mortar cannon. Same damage with or without it (fyi i also have 0 ele pen). It shouldnt be like that unless monsters have 0 resists, which i don't think is a case.

yeah 100% bugged tested with and without in same map dont see difference i swap it with fire pen 2 dmg is def alot more with fire pen 2 which shouldntbe the case
