Loud broken audio buzz when fighting abyss on PS5 pro

I was playing a Huntress with her Swirl and Evade attack (don't know their names)

The buzzing did not go away until several seconds after I returned to town

The buzzing happened casting any spell (ed contagion) and moving through any screen and options. Turned sound effect volume to 0 and it is gone

basicly the sound start from 1 or 2 screen away from Abyss, it work like a compass. you hear a sound you know you are close.

sometimes it happen with range, and sometimes it happen and range doesnt fix it, you see to restart the game.

the bug sound gets lower if you lower the special effect sound in the sound menu.


the sound bug also appear when NPC talk, like end of act cinematic or boss fight. in boss fight it also create a lag when the sound bug happens

This happened to me as soon as I entered act 3.

I'm not sure if I'm even going to continue playing tbh. I also fought an abyss that lagged the game so hard at the beginning of Act 3.

Right from the beginning of Act 1, also have this problem. Awfully loud and distorted audio, impacting performance, anytime near an abyss.

I had this shortly after I entered Keth in Act Two. It seemed to trigger not long after touching the audio lore pillar thing near the beginning of the zone.

Experiencing this also. Deadeye LA/LR. Turning audio SFX in settings all the way down made the game playable, I still hear the buzz but only for a second or two at a time instead of constantly.

Edit- buzz seems to have disappeared all together with SFX set to zero

Get the sound cackling when using lightning arrow and fighting abyssal monsters and larval monsters. I'm on a normal PS5.

I got the whine again while in Glacial Tarn, using lightning arrow on rhoa mount. I was also able to clear it. Not sure how as I usually have to restart. But I turned the sound effect volume down. Then played for a bit. Then turn it back up (still was happening). I then reset my audio level, but didn't save the setting. Then changed zones. It cleared when I changed zones.

had the same issue, but during clearing a strongbox

had used contagion, ed, living bomb

fixed by teleporting to town and then back to location

Having the same audio buzz so loud it mutes all the other sounds in the game. Abyss encounters and large mob packs anywhere. All Sorc skills do that.
PS5.

Restarting the console helps for a few minutes but it comes back.
