This is complete bullshit... 15+ failures so far and I know it continues but it doesn't change the fact that it takes a few minutes to "Check Resources".

It beats not getting it at all.

GGG if only you have let people download patch earlier there would be no problems now, but you don't think and you do not learn from other companies. you made game free for everyone for the weekend and you made all of us download this patch at the same time. of course servers can't handle that many people downloading at the same time. I hope you learned something for next release.

I was downloading this game yesterday (overnight). It got to around 90% before it gave the "Connection Failure HTTP 403" error.

not sure what happened, but this newest update screwed up the download launcher. :/

Edit: Launcher finally started to download again, after the 7th time, but it's starting all the way back (still needing to download 53gb, compared to the few GB I had left).

Guess I'll be playing this later, when they fix their issues.

Guys, it does actually download files, worst case scenario you keep spamming and get in eventually as crappy as it is at the moment. The real test will be game server lmao

got a lot of 403 errors..but worked when i did the run as admin thing.

Finally finished the update after restarting a number of times. Now in the queue with only 13,188 people before me. :) I wonder who is number 1? Or even top 20.

I'll say it again...keep restarting the download! Whatever you dl'd before the error will be saved. It's not great, but it beats nothing.
