Am I the Only One Who's NOT Interested in .3?
" You're funny. I won't get into a situation where "my build is nerfed mid-league" because I play what I like, not what's broken and way stronger than it should be. And I certainly won't whine about it because I clearly understand that this is early access, and what works today can be fixed tomorrow and vice versa. It's just a game, and I'm having a good time. [Removed by Support] About servers. Again, ignorance. Why do all the people angry at GGG think that all the game's problems can be solved by pressing a button that is in the center of their office, which for some reason they are too lazy to press. It's so easy. Why do all the people angry at GGG think that if all the work that GGG employees do should not be broadcast publicly with change logs, then they "do nothing"? " 8k in PoE1 with an update far newer. Ouch. It never even came close to 0.2.0's numbers, either. Ouch. |

I've read patch notes and it's as bad as 0.2
Everything is nerfed SKIP Steam review keeps being negative, keeps telling friends it's bad game and you need to play PoE1 instead |

" It's actually 17k ![]() ![]() And it shows PoE1 is good game if you look on graphs. Remember PoE2 has Chinese players in global realm too. Last edited by Hornsent#1110 on Aug 21, 2025, 2:09:39 AM

You're not wrong.
All i wanted was the removal or rework of the atlas towers and their dumb overlap, but nah not happening, what about class buffs for over nerfed ascendancies? nah not happening either, how about some massive nerfs across the board and a slight buff to some skills you'll never use instead? I don't understand, they lost TONS of players after that disaster of a league we just had, they know 100% that players hated the nerf fest that 0.2 was, so why repeat the same mistakes? why ignore player feedback? we've seen this already and we know how it ends, all 0.3 is missing to replicate Dawn of the Hunt's release is ninja loot nerfs and monster hp buffs. |

You forget that it’s still beta, they still have lots of issues with quality.
I do agree this all looks like middle-time changes that people are going to test for them, that players majority will skip for now. Stand by, it’s should be ready by 2029 when we get PS6 and can play new good games till these times, I don’t believe we may get anything good |

Doing a free weekend feels like a bait for new players—it refreshes the economy, especially if those players end up purchasing the game and then buying more stash tabs later.
It’s also clearly a way to gather more feedback about what’s wrong with the game. And the biggest issue is obvious: add a proper crafting bench and give players more control over item crafting, without forcing us to grind endless amounts of currency from multiple mechanics just to craft a single item. POE1 is a good example of how this should work—it provides access to different types of currency through a single system. In POE2, however, you’re forced to engage with every mechanic, even the boring ones, just to get what you need. And that’s something I strongly dislike. |

There was some decent stuff in there. New trade system is obviously great. But I still feel like the campaign is way to long to bother coming back. the baked in skill mechanisms still make for a very limited support gem system.
The crafting stuff felt strange. I noticed the abyssal crafting was very powerful and semi deterministic, but they didn't mention anything about improving recombinator? Seems odd to basically make it redundant. The new crafting orbs tiers kind of felt like they're desperately trying to improve a very flawed system that would be better being reworked. |

lmfao after reading the .3 patch notes of course I was right again. Player drop is going to be massive in only a few weeks. Btw let me know when optimization is fixed bc there's nothing in patch notes about that. That might be kinda important, idk. Maybe GGG should have been working on how to make the game actually playable instead of nerfing everything again
