GGG has a Ben problem.
I always enjoy reading posts from you as its great bait.
Personally, I think GGG has a balance problem - it feels like they cant do a 3.15 again (which I highly enjoyed) and they cant seem to just nerf the most blatant OP Skills (RIP Hexblast) and Ascendancy (Trickster) into the Ground. Yes, a new OP skill will take its place but at least it will be a 'new' discovery and something that can be on the chopping block next patch while adding newer/updating skills. TLDR; game needs harsher nerfs to OPness. Youtube - PartTimeExile

One thing I dislike about PoE in general and such events in particular is "the power of preparation". Basically it goes like:
1. Before race: Plan build. 2. Before race: Plan progression. 3. During race: Execute. It would a lot more fun to make the actual progression gameplay much less "deterministic" than it is now. This would also lead to PoE/Event to not be "solvable". Ruthless mode did some changes in the right direction but unfortunately it didnt go far enough and also comes with issues. Some of the things that could/should be done: - Severely limit access (by RNG) to skill and support gems, uniques, notables on passive/ascendancy/clusters, keystones, pseudo-uniques like Essence skills. - Reduce the power of deterministic crafting. - Balance the game better. Players would then have to play the drops instead of their preplanned builds. No wonder it's lost, it's in the middle of the jungle!

Previously thought this was a dedicated troll. But a quick search on the mmorpg forum, WoW forum, reddit, and other platforms I think this guy really believes in every word he posts.

" Dead serious. If I am the organizer, The winner would be decided by Mahjong. But you wouldn't call it a POE competition. If Zizaran want to, he could decide who is the winner is by drawing lots. It is about who decide the rules in a competition. If people are unhappy with the game, the problem is who decide the rule. GGG created the game and made the rules. If there is a problem with the game, If a game feels stale or too difficult, the fault lies with the developers. GGG will be the stick in the mud and like to keep things the way they are. Basically it will fall on deaf ears. |

" Makes sense, I believe I found OPs main account and wonder if that's really the problem: he can't compete fairly and his only chance at winning anything is by lottery. |

Well, good luck beating Ben in a lottery. From what i recall he found 2 Nimis in 1-2 Gauntlet sessions, a headhunter he did not need, casually rolls t1 mods that are 1 in 10k odds....Highly likely he is on a promotional client to motivate his thousands of viewers to log in, because you know it could be you that finds this item....On top of that he seems to be able to process information faster than anyone else...But i consider it very likely these white listed accounts exist e.g. also in MTG. I don't think everything is rigged but there is some riggness involved for sure jsut for the good promotion of the game.

This whole post is absolutely laughable. Thin ben guy has no advantage over any other player. End of story. The ben problem. Lmao

Yeah, not sure why this is even a topic. Kudos to Ben for his achievements but if you ask me, what Jungroan did this gauntlet was far more impressive.
