I found my mageblood in act 8, and killed merc for it. It was my first mageblood I have ever gotten (Thanks GGG). Sold it and paid for upgrades to my build.

In order to get rid of clearspeed meta cap global movement speed at 100% but make all skills instant so everything feels great.
