Update on Server Issues, Compromised Accounts and Visual Flickering

If not 2FA, add something to accounts to be able to make it Steam-only login. Steam at least gives proper protection.

The latency spike in Singapore server is getting out of hand. It started from minor latency jump to fully unplayable now. Please do something about it.
