Cant even Stream PoE anymore, it doesnt reconize PoE 1 as a game LUL

Get your shit together, this launch has pissed away all good will you built up by pretending to care about PoE1 again. Live services should always be live, it's in the name, GGG.
At absolute bare minimum you need to work out instance persistence and automatic pausing on heavy load. People should not be losing their maps and content, you are failing to run your game at a base level. Reminder that it is always a mistake to buy supporter packs before the league is proven good. If you are in Europe and bought a supporter pack expecting a functional game you can request a full refund within 14 days as long as you haven't spent your points. Their support queue taking longer than 14 days is not a legal reason to deny it. Also DDOS is probably at best half the issue considering everyone has been saying for months that the game hasn't been working at a base level half the time in Europe! " While I can appreciate this is broadly outside of your control, the all but non-existent communication regarding this over the course of the weekend (hey, launching on Friday was your idea - not mine) made it very considerably worse and is difficult to understand. Taking literally two minutes to create a thread about it here in Announcements would've gone a long way. Surely the company had at least one member of staff on hand & with website access?? We're spending $480 on supporter packs at a time - make more of an effort, please. I'm working on something for the PoE community! 👀
