Eternal Youth feels like its not working post patch, on my deadeye it consumes life flask but nothing happens, on ritualist it was healing for 20% of what it should have done

WTF did they do to this game? I cant even get in the game now. It loads my hideout then freezes and crashes. This is actually insane how unplayable this game has been at this point.
