They do. Consoles have to go through MS & Sony respectively.
Sony is the worst offender when it comes to this and other facets of their online service.
Let's not forget, nothing bought in POE 1 carried over to PS5 because Sony are greedy shits these days.

I apologize, I wrote it wrong. Im taking off the gear and it still says im gaining +10, my DPS doesn’t change, Skill Levels doesn’t change, nor does my energy shield or fire resistance.

I only have 19 Atlas points still, despite my quest calling for a Tier 9 corrupted nexus (meaning I have cleared 8 of them). In addition, I have cleared 2 of the bonus levels for passives. I should have 34 Atlas points by now.

If I had 26 atlas points prior, should I not have 40 post? I still have 26.

U have to change a gem before it apply just get one out and put it back and it will change if u dont change it u have to use the arrow to see the change and eventually i think when u relog or zone somewhere else it apply all the change

i just lost back to back 10ex t15's corrupted maps after detonationg 2 expeditions in them.
