525,000 tickets since nov 22, brought down to 75,000 as of jan. 19, 450,000 tickets finished in 58 days with an average of 7,758 tickets a day, 12 days since the post on jan 19th 12 times 7,758 is 93,103 of the 75,000 remaining. meaning everyone should have been taken care of 3 days ago. the math does not lie.

Let us back in we have waited more then a month for reporting hackers on a game we paid for and have been punished while the hackers go free.

Locked out on dec 14th no responses past the lock out. Give me what I paid for.

I have been waiting a month for a shipping update they asked me my address for the physical items from the liberator of wraeclast supporter pack. so i send a reply gave my details and ... nothing anymore. this was a month ago i was hoping by now I would have gotten an update regarding shipping the items to me

63 days now waiting for you to figure out how to unlink a steam account and 30 days since a reply from you. I'm glad I've decided I'm not going to waste my money on getting EA PoE2 since your company is worthless liars or thieves.
id like to take this opportunity to apologize for the trash game named poe 2 and its crafting system, map system and lack of end game. should have waited another year for launch

With all due respect to your company and all of your staff, this is a system that is beyond stupid.

I can understand that none of this is done with outright malice or ill intent towards the customers, but everything appears to be very mismanaged and your support process is beyond lacking.

In all my life, all the different support roles I've been in, all the support systems I've interacted with both as a customer and a support provider, this is the first time I've heard of a system where your request gets pushed back in the queue if you send another e-mail.

Whether you're using a ticketing system or just a shared mailbox, this makes 0 sense.

The principle of first in first out should always apply, both an e-mail and a ticket should retain their queue position, because it has a timestamp, as simple as that.

Please take this opportunity to remove this stupid system, learn from all of these experiences and do better.

It's been more than a month and a half and I haven't even received an automated reply that the e-mail was received.
