SA Realm LAGGING

Support do you think you can check the SA Realm server/logs, the latency spikes have just started again, seems like this happens every evening now.

The only way this gets attention or will point out a common denominator of where the ping / lag issues are originating is by everyone having issues to do a WinMTR and posting the link to your pastebin here. Read the info from GGG posted in the link below and pay attention how to interpret the results.

^ was taken while on my second screen the game was freezing for a couple of seconds every 2 seconds.

It's not network latency. Starting at 6:00 PM every day, instances are being spun up on servers without sufficient resource allocation. This is why it feels like you're playing on an old 486 PC when there are five or more monsters on the screen.

Same story again tonight, seems to be mostly instances created on the 169.150.246.84 ip that are unplayable in evening.

Here are MTR's from tonight between 19:00 and 20:00 or so from all the server instance ip's I got from a few maps. The all ping fine but as mentioned before the only server that becomes unplayable when fighting mobs is the 169.150.246.84 server.







Please can you remove the 169.150.246.84 server from the pool GGG or fix it.

In the mean time, check the ip of the server instance in resource monitor and if you see it end in a 84 just start a new map else you gonna have a bad time.

I've also been experiencing this on the SA realm. Have had many deaths due to it.

Been playing the whole day without issues. Like clockwork every day the broken instances start happening at 6:01 PM

Hi,

I am also experiencing the issue, i play hardcore so I don't want to die to server lag. Please GGG investigate, as the OP mentioned it only happens during peak times.

Thanks for all the investigation above. We surely love the game and don't want to stop playing due to this.
