High ping São Paulo realm from argentina ( WinMTR attached )

I'm going to call Claro later to make a complaint to see if I have any luck. How did you tell them that you had ping with a specific server? Where did you get the technical data so that they could test it?

Or what did you say in the complaint in general?

Hey, hello.
You can get the data from WinMTR program, using the client log of poe to see what IP are getting conected to, i think there is a post pinged somewhere here in support that show you how to do it.

When i talked via virtual chat in Claro support page i was able to send the logs from WinMTR to the support person i was talking to, tell them that i was being routed to the US before Brasil, instead of directly to brasil.
And when i talked via call, tell them basically the same thing, that i was getting routed to the US and then to the brasil server, that if a made a direct ping to the BR servers i had no ping, but when i tried to connect to it i was getting that weird route.
The first one told me that was going to elevate the claim to the system ITs and the second one told me that nothing can be done because it was the way their servers ( Claro servers ) are set up.

Hello everyone! I came back to the game a few months ago. My ISP is called Ecolan, it's a cooperative from Batan, Mar del Plata. I have 100/100 fiber optic internet, and I'm getting a constant 150ms in PoE, which makes it practically unplayable.

Having same issue, didn't have it yesterday btww. 120-200 ms depending on the instance that im connecting to. My ISP is Personal sooo, PLEASE FIX IT GGG!

Played the entire league with 45ms, today I have 220+ms (higher than Washington)

I'm from Argentina, ISP: Telecom Personal.
100mb download.
25mb upload.

For now I'm sticking to Washington until we get a fix, some travel skills and spamming currency on items feels clunky. but playable at least.

Nothing here, I continue with 140-150ms, when in other seasons I get between 40-50ms
