For those who have this problem,I just called CLARO technical service and after some tests they told me that they are having problems with some servers in Brazil, after making the claim they told me that they were going to try to solve it and that I could reach delay 48 hours

Same here also Claro since like the 4th week of the previous league, it used to be in just a few instances but now its basically in 99% of them depending where the server instance is located, vpn reduce the ping to normal but still feels very laggy so idk It's weird cos i play a ton of games with servers in brasil and never an issue, only with poe.

Same here Claro 600mb, using the internet from my phone no problems, but playing with Claro I have 140-150ms, before i had Movistar ISP and it worked fine 35-45ms. No issues with CS2 playing on FaceIT on brazilean servers. Only happens with PoE.

Called today to see if there was at least an attempt to fix this, and the answers was " other that activate gamer mode, we can't do anything to fix this because is a problem with the IP's server that we provide " , so, they know they have this problems but " can't fix it ", GG Claro then.
PD : The gamer mode is supossed to fix problems with BR servers, but for me was, We activated the mode, the mode did nothing,they refuse to elaborate any further, leave. | |
" wow damn... seems so weird tho, sounds more like they want to do nothing about it rather have can't fix or the persons that got ur call are the classic guys that don't know shit and doesn't escalate it to the proper persons, or the persons they have to escalate it are also useless |

I left Claro because of that, using a VPN solved it for a while but it was bothersome to use it (I now have Movistar, getting some disconnects but good ping)

Also getting this, oddly on AU server, checked on other websites, ping is fine. Really bad on POE
