High ping São Paulo realm from argentina ( WinMTR attached )

Hello, I have had ping since the middle of the last league, it happens from instance to instance, sometimes i have 30ms but most of the time i have 140ms, since yesterday i can't seem to get a normal instance, is always 140ms. I don't know what to do, i tried using a vpn but i get more ping using vpns than playing normally,it only happens with PoE, have no problems at all with other games, idk if is a problem on my end or the servers side, it's almost always that i get routed to networklayer that i have ping, the few times i had low ping were other ones.

definitely a provider issue, Claro networking to Brazil is just shit, have the same issue with other games which are hosted in Brasil. I cant play the game with 140ms, end-game content will be unplayable honestly

Yep, seems Claro is the problem. I already called them and they restarted the "channels" but nothing changed. Also, I play CS2 and LOL on Brazilian servers with 40ms so idk.
