Crash to desktop with no error in Act 4, right after fighting Piety

Doing a test run and also having the same issue, every boss after piety I have crashed to desktop with no message.

i5-12600KF
32GB Ram
AMD Radeon RX 7800XT

Must be something to do with recent patch as was fine before this with the same settings.

Having the same issue. It is alos happening on other places.

And another crash after defeating maligaro.
I stood for 3 minutes in the boss area to see if it was something after the fight but it looks like the game has a problem handing the new instance over and i think it is related to the pantheon

Crash again happend after defeating doedre

I have same problem. My game just dumps me to desktop after fighting Piety in the Belly of the Beast level 2, in Act 4. I win the fight then after going through the door it happens. I CTD on multiple characters in his situation. I brought my high level character and started in harvest waypoint and went backwards, it did not crash when I did that. II tried an uninstall and then reinstall also, it did not help.

I am crashing to desktop with no error after most Unique Enemies, happened on Piety, the fire totem boss in ACTV and just now on the Brutus and Deodre ACTV boss in the prison. It's not happening straight away, it's about 5seconds after they die or so. Hope it's fixed before 3.25 or it's gonna be another league I hardly play.

EDIT: and another crash a few seconds after killing the fire boss in Prison's Gate....

I killed Piety walked to go through the door to where the recipe is and the game crashed, just dropped straight to desktop.
