PS4 version - crashing a lot after update

After the patch that just came out, there's been a lot of crashes reported in the Playstation version. It's not just me but several others in Global chat say the game crashes a lot.

Access the delve map? Crash.
Access Alva map? Crash. Leap slam to get back to where I left off in the map? Believe it or not, crash. | |

Same thing for Xbox. Some kind of grapphic effect from a mob or something is doing this (maybe?) because I only crashed in a map when I was trying to go and clear an specific area. Just gave up and I'm trying to do a clean re-install right now, although I don't think it'll fix the problem. But we'll see. 🙄

Keep crashing, I tried different map, and it still just crashes it a consistent thing once it crashes in an area that area crashes every time.

Well tried a heist and it seems to work just fine mapping does not work though right now.

Constant crashes whilst running acts and lab also. Currently unplayable.

T16 t17 instant crash on entering map on PS5 . T5 map game crashed at first mob. Tried taking off all mtx on character, tried changing to 720p in PS5 settings, tried turning off 3D audio, tried turn off HDR, tried performance mode/resolution mode, tried restarting... Nothing worked still game crashes instantly on maps for me
