Patch Not Patching?

Also can't login it says login error need to install patch, no matter how many times I try to install, I also have auto updates enabled on steam. Tried seven times.

I tried Clear download cache from steam
Verify integrity of the game
Reinstall
Verified that the game was running as admin
Checked disk security access
Tried rebooting as well

Game will say downloading but in fact it just validating all the package and start the game.

When trying to login, we get "There has been a patch that you need to update to. Please restart Path of Exile.

Same issue, the only difference is that my release tags is 3.24.2.
