With tattoos staying as a reward via Kingsmarch (shipping to Karui) and Omens being nerfed to be only from Ritual reward windows - next league is a great time to bring back TOTA and have both tattoos and omens drop there too!!

Just made aware of this interview article done a few days before the 3.26 league reveal stream. I think this is probably the most promising we've seen so far in terms of TOTA coming back for PoE1.
