Banned - please help me

there is clearly some issue clashing with a piece of Sofware that we have, i wish GGG would assist with this because nothing has changed in the 5 years since i started playing yet i now cant play the game without getting hit with a ban

My tray has been looking like this for a long time, I don’t know if there might be a conflict here.
