Still happening for me too.
I have to restart the client everytime, pretty annoying.

Yep, still happening unless you completely exit out of the game to desktop.

Same here been going on for me for a few leagues now. Happens after leaving a map and it never goes away. Restarting the game fixes it. But it just come back after leaving a map. Really annoying as it plays whilst in hideout and over powers the music.
