Stuck at infinite loading screen, can not enter map

Same issue all maps ps4 slim.

Sound change would suggest instance loads but the loading screen never changes.

Only workaround I’ve found is to restart game and then enter the map from karui shores instead of my hideout.

[PS5] same issue, finally got a Lava lake map for completion and it loads forever ./facepalm

Same thing on XBOX series s. Entering map from karui shores working without problem.
I'm wondering when or will they fix this major issue at all.

The same problem with ps5, maven invitations are not loaded.
The investigation showed that this is an account problem and not a client problem. It so happened that I have several PS5s, one account enters the location without problems, the second one does not load on both PS5s. Taking off and putting on mtx does not help.
I would like to see an answer from technical support, what could be the reason for this and what to do.

Further research showed that the invitation opened on another character does not hang and loads. Mystic.

Also having issues with loading into certain maps...also if you re enter a map you gain shroud of confusion and have to relearn the mapping knowledge. Karui seems to work and also tried changing my hideout to see if it helps.
