Remove Archnemesis please. You tried, tried again, and again and now you are just beating a dead horse with a stick.

I appreciate the changes you posted. But we all know that you will just revert them in the next patch like you seem to do every patch. The PoE dev cycle seems to be:

* Introduce archnemesis
* OMG people hate this
* Nerf archnemesis
* Add reintroducing archnemesis to the top of the backlog for next league
* New league: we reintroduced archnemesis
* OMG people still hate it
* Nerf archnemesis
* Add reintroducing archnemesis to the top of the backlog for next league
* New league: Reintroduce archnemesis
* OMG people still hate it
* Nerf archnemesis
* Add reintroducing archnemesis to the top of the backlog for next league

the fact that I'm doing some heist content shows that there is something terrible wrong with the state of the game, I hope this patch makes it better

Just return game to state of 3.13 i know u have strong vision and all BUT, seems like some one cut your eyes off or i dont understand why else u despiratly try to kill your own game every single league after 3.13. Firstly u decide to nerf harvest, after u make ABSURDLY HORRIBLE archmemesis in to core game and now drop rates. I loved this game i play since Esence league and now the game is dead. Why u so stubborn GGG?

And by that I mean it's about 20% of the way to being up to snuff for release 3 days ago.
There's no reason to fumble every league start with extreme core gameplay mechanics changes that could be addressed before the league starts.

Also, I know if you make a drastic change for the worse and then dial it back it can be sold as "improvement". Kind of like gasoline/petrol prices.

I say you're 20% of the way there. I expect more.
3.19 is not yet an improvement over 3.18.
Right now you're just partially reverting failures. Partially.

I want to remain civil, but warning flags were raised on everything we knew about. Major changes implemented outside of the patch notes were ill-advised.
