The brittle ground implicit seems mandatory to reach 100% crit chance, so how do you push the 52% CDR without elevated CDR boots/belt. Seems flawed to me?

Does it need on the boots that have the aspect of spider tho?
or just need the brittle ground / penetrates elemental enchant and some int/movememt speed? I plant to play this. But dont know if 30-40ex is enough Just search all the item and found that the boots like ur arround 190ex... | |
