Build looks great I just don't know what to upgrade at this point. Any helpful soul care to take a look and throw some ideas?

I sold most of my other gear to get most of the gear for this build, but it feels like I'm missing something. Not at the proper trigger rate and only 10m DPS.

Spend 30/40ex on the build and don't know what i'm missing but it's feels weird not sure what to get next ... or to change (i know i miss the timeless jewel i'm buying it today need to find the good one) and i noticed on tje tooltip for cyclone in game i have 7.58 aps don't know if that's gamebreaking or not and how to change this to 7.57 ...

Why isnt elemental weakness curse used on this build?

Why not take Blizzard Crown with "nearby enemies have-% cold res" over Crown of the Inward Eye?

I'm wondering because on the PoB you have almost 20k evasion - where does it come from? my evasion is only 4k and can't figure out where does it come from.

I figured out most things now, got my crit to 100%, accuracy is 100%. I do a lot of damage but I die a lot to juiced T16 maps. I transitioned to Determination + Molten Shell and didn't help much at all.

I only have 5.8k ES, so maybe that's why. Might work on getting higher ES on some pieces of gear but even than I still think I'll get one shot randomly by sentinel empowered T16 mobs

if anybody is interested im selling my entire build for 95ex (6.7k ES and 25m dps with determination/defiance banner or 30m dps with skitterbots/spider)
